Standard Delivery consists of residential lift gate threshold delivery; delivering to the garage or ground level porch. The item will be kept in its original packaging and there is no assembly provided with this service. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the shipment into the house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up of the item. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior the driver departing. If the packaging or merchandise appears damaged in any way, please take images of the damage, note the damage on the delivery paperwork, and refuse the shipment. Taking these steps will significantly help in expediting the return or replacement process in the event there are any issues in delivery.

Assembly Details:
- The Skee-Ball Home Arcade unit comes in two pre-assembled pieces; a head and a ramp. The consumer is required to attach those two pieces together in order to play. Assembly requires two people
Warranty Details:
- HB Home warrants your game room furniture to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for as long as 1 year from the original delivery of the product.
Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for return shipment, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return
- All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For any cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.

Care and Maintenance:
- Plastic Parts & Display Panel: Use a mild, foaming glass cleaner and soft microfiber towel to gently wipe down these areas
- Wood Surfaces: Use any good furniture polish and a soft microfiber towel to gently wipe down these surfaces. Try on an inconspicuous area first, if the polish does not react with the painted or wood surfaces, use on the rest of the wood surfaces.
- White Target Rings: Use warm soapy water and a soft microfiber towel to gently wipe down the rings. Do not use bleach. For excess dirt, a Magic Eraser® pad may be used, but avoid contact with scoring decals.
- Runway Carpet and Metal Surfaces: Use warm soapy water and a soft microfiber towel to gently wipe down these surfaces. Do not use bleach.
