How do I file a claim?

Do I need to register my plan?
No, you do not need to register your plan for it to be active. All you need is the order number for your item.
When does my coverage start?
Protection plan coverage begins the day your product is delivered. Defect coverage for the product begins the day our individual product warranty expires. Please review each purchased product for details on the specific warranty associated to that product
What if the damage falls within this protection plan but HB Home is unable to fix or replace the product
In these cases, HB Home will issue a refund for the value of that specific item. It does not extend to other items that are part of that specific purchase or subsequent purchases
Can this plan be applied to purchases from other retailers?
This plan only applies to purchases from this website, made at the same time of the purchase itself
